• The Initial Consultation (60 mins) consists of a medical and lifestyle questionnaire where I can get to know you, your health, and what you want to achieve. I will also be asked to complete a food diary and you will take home some paperwork such as the PARQ, a Trainer-Client Agreement, a Waiver for you to complete and return. 
  • During the Health and Fitness Evaluation (60 mins), I will take your measurements, photos, calculate your BMI, check your Body Fat %, check your posture and flexibility and assess your fitness level so that I can process all the information to tailor a training programme to reach your goals. A dietary assessment will be issued in relation to your fitness goals. I will also provide nutrition guidance and healthy habits, food shopping list, and ideas of meal plans.
  • Each Personal Training session will last 60 mins. I will tailor a programme and structure your workouts for each of your sessions according to your fitness level with the aim to increase the intensity through the programme so that you can achieve your goals safely.
  • I will schedule progress pictures and tracking on a weekly/monthly basis with 24hr support via What’s App (or whatever works for you).

Please note that the first 2 sessions with me ie: Initial Consultation and Health and Fitness Evaluation will be charged at £35 per session with no-obligation to sign up for further sessions if you feel that the connection and chemistry are not right, as you and I do not want to be spending hours with someone that you do not connect well with from the start. This will avoid money and time wasted as I need 100% of your commitment, like you will get 100% of mine to get epic results.
