BODY CONDITIONING PERSONAL TRAINER

My name is Tatiana, I am a mum of 2 and I am a fully qualified personal trainer and body conditioning coach. Based in Bromley South, I have over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, specialising in Women’s fitness. Workouts with clients can be face to face, in my private gym studio, or I can provide coaching online via digital means like Zoom. As a personal trainer I find that most of my clients come to me for body conditioning and fat-loss. After no time at all they soon find that they are enjoying muscle, strength and endurance gains. I also teach my clients how to use nutrition as their secret weapon to achieve their fitness goals.

My personal training interests are weight training and working on my mobility and flexibility whilst using different methods of training. Fitness is my passion and has always been part of my life. I love helping women of all ages and levels to become a better version of themselves. Giving nothing less than 100% commitment to help you get in shape, burn fat, build muscle and improve your overall fitness.

As well as 1-1 personal training I am also passionate about educating people about fitness. Writing for Vouz Active gives me the opportunity to share my thoughts on a monthly basis. The Initial Consultation (60 mins) consists of a medical and lifestyle questionnaire where I can get to know you, your health, and what you want to achieve.

1-1 PT in a Private Gym

The gym is equipped to a high standard and all the equipment used is wiped and disinfected after each client.
